Jai
Ganesh - CEO
Jai brings with him over 15 years of Business Process Outsourcing
experience in various roles including Operations, Strategy,
Business Development and Human Resources Management.
He has successfully transitioned
large BPO projects involving Healthcare Services, Call Center
Services, Litigation Services, Data Conversion & Data
Capturing Services from the time of inception of BPO services
in India. He has a significant experience in managing large
clientele.
He has helped to scale and
build project management teams and excelled in managing
steep growth ramps. His expertise includes quality delivery
and management systems, staffing, training and development,
employee relations, organizational development and designing
the policies for the organization. Some of the key tasks
taken up include defining metrics, process maps, standard
operating procedures and continuous improvement processes.
His strong experience in operations ensures that he brings
the advantage of domain and technical expertise to the forefront.
Naz King- CFO
Naz heads the finance team and is also responsible for statutory
compliances at Allzone. Naz has several years of finance,
regulatory and international reporting experience. He has
successfully set up and operated several small firm businesses
in the last 15 years. He has been involved with building
up of small & large-scale operations.
Naz oversees the areas of Accounting and Financial Reporting,
Human Resources, Risk Management and Contracts.
Jonathan
Rodrigues- Head Client Relations
Jonathan brings with him 10 years of experience in CRM.
His experience spans across the life-cycle of Business Process
Outsourcing industry. His management skills, domain knowledge
and process expertise put him in multiple roles including
Operations & Client Management through various stages
of the organization’s growth.
His responsibilities include
setting up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each
project, which is being transition. These include drafting,
planning and implementing rules and regulations that need
to be followed based on project specification on day-to-day
basis.
His greatest asset is Client
Relationship Management which is the most critical and essential
factor in any project. This involves daily updates and touching
base with the client on day-to-day basis, receiving and
updating instructions and clarifying issues if any. This
helps build a strong and long time relationship between
organizations.
Lionel- Head Operations
Lionel heads operations of Medical Billing and leads the
project implementation and service delivery for all Allzone
India projects. He is responsible transitioning of new clients
and accounts at Allzone.He have also been instrumental in
transitioning several billing and coding accounts /clients
from US.
Lionel has over 10 years of
strong experience in the arena of transitioning processes,
handling back-office operations, training and migrating
processes. Experience includes Medical Billing Management,
Medical Coding Management, Financial, and General Business
Transcription
His exposure in Medical Billing
includes Charges, Payments, Denials, Analysis, AR follow-up,
Retro Audit follow-up, Patient Calling, Reports Generation,
Auditing, & In-house Training. He has delivered many
projects exceeding client’s expectations.
