Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our US Healthcare Medical Billing team. The role involves outbound voice-based communication with potential clients in the US healthcare sector, promoting medical billing services, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the US market.
  • Promote and explain medical billing services and solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare or medical billing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in voice process / BPO / telemarketing / healthcare marketing.
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
