April update includes:

- 2 changes to scope and long description
- 21 obsolete codes

Of the 62 new rules, several were requested by stakeholders during a public meeting hosted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on November 28-30, 2023. The following new rules approved by CMS for Q2 2024.
